Mars Solar Garden
In October of 2009 JSI completed construction of the 2.2 MWp DC Mars Solar Facility in Hackettstown, NJ.
- Construction began in the second quarter of 2009
- Includes more than 28,000 ground-mounted solar panels supplied by First Solar
- Located on property owned by Mars Snackfood, adjacent to its U.S. headquarters
- Facility owned by PSEG Solar Source LLC, a subsidiary of Public Service Enterprise Group
- Electricity offtaker is Mars Snackfood
